  This location is a disgrace to all
  Tim Hortons. The service is slow, even though they do not appear to be understaffed. Staff seem inexperienced and are ill equipped to handle their duties. I was given cream instead of milk in my tea, however, the line was so long I didn't want to keep everyone else waiting while I asked for a new one.
  
  They also have no steeped tea. This location is comparable to a garbage American Timmys and I will never come here again.

  This place needs to be shut down. Incredibly disorganized, was mischarged my last visit, then the order was "lost". Always very long wait times with staff wandering about doing very little. The management have given up, understandably so. Better to wait until Woodstock, its just not worth the headache to try and save a few minutes.

  Slow service no matter if you take the drive through or walk in. They seem to only take cars one at a time even if there is only a couple of cars in line. Seems like poor training and it certainly makes for a horrible customer experience. I have not returned to this one at all and do not recommend it if you value your time.

  Don't stop here if you are in hurry. They take more then 20-35 minute for your order. Don't waste your time.will never stop there again!!!!!
